This online privacy policy only discloses the privacy practices for Parenting with Amy®.  This applies solely to information collected by this website.  It does not include the privacy practices for counseling services, which are federally regulated and provided to you before receiving any therapy.

Amy Allen Meyer, P. A. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.  She only has access to collect information that you voluntarily give her via email or in other direct contact with you.  She will not sell or rent this information to anyone.  She will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted her.  She will not share your information with any third party.

We may contact you via email in the future to tell you about new offerings or changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access To and Control Over Information:

You may opt out of any future contacts from Amy at any time.  You can do so by contacting her via email.

Security:

She takes precautions to protect your information.  When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.  Only staff who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.  The computers/servers in which she stores personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Updates:

Online Privacy Policy may change from time to time and all updates will be posted on this page.
